The problem we spotted
Fee4Me was born when we noticed that many vacation rental owners shared the same problem: they wanted to earn more from their property, but lacked the time, expertise or structure to manage it professionally.
And we saw something else. Vacation rental management cannot be reduced to listing a property and replying to messages. It requires pricing strategy, platform positioning, guest care, operational coordination, cleaning control, maintenance, payment tracking, incident management and constant monitoring. But above all it requires automating processes with tools that multiply revenue — tools that individual owners can rarely afford.

We handle day-to-day operations. Check-in, cleaning, laundry, maintenance, incidents. Including Sundays.
