Your data may be used for the following purposes: (5.1) Handling requests, enquiries, and forms: responding to your queries, information requests, contact forms, valuation requests, resource downloads, meetings, calls, or communications sent to Fee4Me Capital SL. (5.2) Preparing proposals and pre-contractual relationships: analysing your case, valuing a property, preparing commercial proposals, assessing service viability, sending information about our plans, and answering questions before a potential engagement. (5.3) Managing the contractual relationship: performing the contract, delivering agreed services, coordinating operations, managing incidents, communicating with you, issuing invoices, managing payments, and fulfilling contractual obligations. (5.4) Managing properties, reservations, and guests: coordinating bookings, guest communications, check-in/check-out, cleaning, maintenance, incidents, collections, deposits, insurance, owner reports, invoicing, and applicable legal obligations for accommodation activities. (5.6) Analytics, website improvement, and security: analysing website usage, improving its functioning, measuring campaigns, preventing abuse, detecting errors, and protecting the security of our systems, in accordance with our Cookie Policy. (5.7) Compliance with legal obligations: when necessary to meet legal, tax, accounting, administrative, consumer protection, data protection, public safety, traveller registration, fraud prevention, or authority request obligations, or to defend legitimate rights and interests.
The processing of your data is based, depending on the case, on the following legal grounds: Consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), for subscription to commercial communications, use of non-essential cookies, downloading certain resources, or actions requiring explicit acceptance; Pre-contractual measures (Art. 6.1.b GDPR), for responding to requests, preparing proposals, valuing properties, or managing communications prior to a contract; Performance of a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR), for providing contracted services, managing relationships with clients, property owners, guests, suppliers, or collaborators; Compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6.1.c GDPR), for tax, accounting, administrative, traveller registration, invoicing, and other legally required obligations; Legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR), for website security, fraud prevention, internal management, incident handling, defence of claims, service improvement, and maintaining professional relationships, provided your rights and freedoms do not override. Providers processing data on behalf of Fee4Me Capital SL will act as data processors and must apply adequate measures of confidentiality, security, and data protection.
Fee4Me Capital SL uses technology providers that may process data outside the European Economic Area, especially when using cloud tools, CRM, email marketing, analytics, communication, automation, or technical support services. In particular, HubSpot may process data outside the European Economic Area, especially in the United States, as part of its CRM, form, tracking, and email marketing services. Where international transfers occur, Fee4Me Capital SL will ensure they are carried out with adequate safeguards under the GDPR, including adequacy decisions where available, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where applicable, standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission, data processing agreements, or other legally valid mechanisms.
