Do you operate throughout Spain/Colombia?+
We mainly operate in areas with established tourism demand: Canary Islands, Mediterranean coast and main cities in Spain; selected destinations in Colombia. Each area is assessed based on viability and our operational capacity. Fill in the form on this page to check your area.
What types of property do you accept?+
We manage holiday apartments and villas with tourism potential. The property must meet quality standards, hold a tourist licence (where applicable) and be located in areas where we can provide effective service based on the chosen plan.
Can you operate without a local presence?+
It depends on the plan. With the Boost Plan (12%), yes: it's digital and the owner handles operations. With the Turnkey Plan (18% apartments / 21% villas), we need a network of local partners (cleaning, maintenance, check-in). We assess each case individually.
How do I confirm if my area is viable?+
