The kitchen is ready for you to cook at your own pace: oven, microwave, hob, fridge with freezer, toaster and coffee maker, plus all the crockery and utensils you'll need. The dining area, with table and chairs, is just right for a slow, unhurried meal. And when you feel like putting your feet up, the sofa and Smart TV are waiting.
You have a terrace, a balcony and a porch, along with sea views and beach views. When you need to get online, the Wi-Fi runs at 500 Mbps and there's a desk with workspace. For longer stays, the washing machine on the property means you can travel light; an iron and ironing board round out the laundry setup. The wood-burning stove adds a different kind of warmth to quieter evenings.

“Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits chez Vanessa et Gianluca et nous avons beaucoup apprécié! Nous étions en famille avec nos 2 adolescents. C'était très propre, fidèle à la description, dans un logement parmis les habitants du coin, loin des zones touristiques oppressantes ;) Les voisins sont très sympathiques, la petite plage est littéralement à moins de 200m, on a adoré s'y baigner le matin ou en soirée avant de partir ou en revenant d'excursions. L'emplacement est idéal pour explorer Cofete, Puertito de la Cruz et l'ensemble du parc de Jandia. L'appartement est parfaitement équipé, la communication avec les hôtes a été parfaite à tout moment! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir!”
“El alojamiento estaba super bien, bien ubicado con facil acceso a otras playas. La ciudad es bastante tranquila y no hay mucha opción de ocio. Todo lo que tenía de positivo el alojamiento y la comunicación efectiva con los anfitriones, los vecinos tenían de malo. Muchisimo ruido por las noches además hemos tenido 2 dias con caidas de luz e incluso falta de agua. Gianluca y Vanessa fueron super atentos en solucionar los problemas que han surgido, contestan rapido y son muy amables! Realmente lo unico malo es ajeno a la gestión de ellos.”
“Le logement proposé est fidèle à l'annonce. L'emplacement est idéal dans cette petite ville de la côte. L'appartement était bien rangé et propre et il y avait tout ce qu'il fallait pour notre court séjour. L'environnement est agréable mais il faut prendre en compte quelques points. L'immeuble est vivant et en période estivale, il y a du passage jusque tard dans la nuit. Les commodités sont à proximités mais c'est aussi un point de départ pour les belles plages de la Costa Calma. Nous sommes restés que deux nuits donc n'avons pas pu tout voir aux alentours. Gianluca a été très arrangeant et a fait en sorte de nous satisfaire dans nos demandes. Nous en sommes reconnaissants et recommandons ce logement.”
