A 50 m² apartment in Madrid for up to 3 guests, all on one floor with a private entrance. The bedroom has a double bed, bed linen included, blackout curtains so you can truly rest, and plenty of wardrobe space to keep everything in order.
The kitchen is set up so you feel right at home: oven, microwave, espresso machine and everything you need to put together anything from an unhurried morning coffee to a relaxed dinner. The dining area, with its table and chairs, is the natural gathering spot for sitting down to eat or sharing a drink. In the living room you'll find a sofa, Smart TV, and books and magazines to unwind with.
For work or keeping on top of the day, there's a work area and 250 Mbps wifi. If you're staying a while, you can do your laundry and hang it to dry without leaving the apartment; there's also an iron and ironing board. At the end of the day a hot shower is waiting for you, with the basics already set out so you don't have to bring a thing.
The apartment has heating, a ceiling fan and portable fans. Guests highlight that the metro is close by. Long stays are welcome.

“Great place to stay in Madrid , only a 15 minute walk from main places to eat and drink . Very handy from the airport bus and near all tube stations. Quite dark room inside and only fan air conditioning however it’s perfect for a 3/4 day trip to Madrid with friends highly recommend ! Host was very responsive with great recommendations ?”
