75 m² for up to 5 guests, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have a double bed and the third has a bunk bed, a layout that works well for mixed groups or families.
The kitchen is ready for you to feel right at home: a coffee maker, kettle, microwave and everything you need to put together a slow breakfast or a relaxed dinner. There's a dining area to sit down at the table, and wine glasses for when the moment calls for it.
For everyday life, you have a washing machine and a drying rack so you won't need to lug clothes around, plus an iron if you need one. Air conditioning and heating have you covered at any time. If you're working from here, there's Wi-Fi and an Ethernet cable connection.
Blackout curtains in the bedrooms help you get a proper rest. When the day is done, a hot shower is waiting with the basics already set out — shampoo, shower gel and a hair dryer. The apartment also has a balcony and a TV for unwinding.

“The location of the flat is perfect. It’s close to the Atocha train station and metro. Famous museums and the historic downtown are within walking distance. The hosts were very responsive to any requests. That said, the apartment is smaller than the photos seem. One of the bathrooms was too small for all but my 10 year old to use. The AC took a very long time to cool down the apartment and the air does not flow well to 2 of the 3 bedrooms.”

“La ubicación del departamento es excelente: se puede llegar caminando a muchos de los principales puntos de interés de Madrid en menos de 30 minutos, además de tener muchas opciones cerca. La cocina está bien equipada, refrigerador amplio y máquina de café, lo cual hizo las mañanas más prácticas. Sin embargo, nuestra experiencia general no cumplió del todo las expectativas. Aunque las fotos corresponden al lugar, están tomadas de forma que el departamento parece mucho más amplio de lo que realmente es. Las habitaciones secundarias son bastante pequeñas y con espacio muy limitado; incluso abrir una maleta en el piso era complicado. No lo recomendaríamos para dos personas por habitación. El departamento cuenta con dos baños, pero en la práctica solo uno resulta funcional, ya que el segundo es extremadamente pequeño. Además, al intentar usar ambas duchas al mismo tiempo, una de ellas se quedaba sin agua caliente. También es importante considerar que no tiene elevador.”
